JT is a cast member of the KC Improv Company. His long-form team, Those People, was the 15-week champion of iO Chicago's Cagematch and voted one of the top-5 improv teams in Kansas City by The Pitch. With Those People, JT has performed at iO Chicago, Gainesville Improv Festival, Sh*thole Chicago, Kansas City Improv Festival, Hideout Chicago, and the Kansas City Fringe Festival.
As a human being, JT enjoys playing banjo and guitar. He's a huge horror fan, and loves finding new ways to scare himself. Artists that currently inspire him include Mike Birbiglia and Darren Lynn Bousman. JT isn't sure whether this should be in first or third person. I know there are a lot of different thoughts on the matter, but there doesn't seem to be any true authority on talking about yourself. I guess we all just have to give it the college try and see what happens. JT agrees...
